After registration, I can’t sign in at the site with user name and password.

After registration with properly written real email address you will receive from the site a confirmation letter with the data from your registration. In some cases the letter goes into Spam folder. Check your Spam folder in your email. In the letter you will find a link that forwards to the site. Click on the link, in order to confirm your registration.

I have forgotten user name and/or password and I can’t sign in at the site.

Visit section Forgotten Password. Fill in the email address, which you have registered. You will get a letter from the site, with your new password. Fill in by hand the new password, paying attention to capital and small letters. After you sign in at the site with the new password , visit My Account in order to change your password with one comfortable for you.

I can’t see the actual quotes in the graphics.

In order to have access to the actual quotes you need Registration and Subscription.

I can’t open some articles.

In order to have access to some of the news you need Registration and Subscription.

I made a proforma invoice and I can’t find it.

Proforma Invoices and Invoices are in My Account (at the right upper corner) or in your Basket.

I have paid subscription, but I have not received an invoice

Proforma Invoices and Invoices are in My Account (at the right upper corner) or in your Basket. Print your invoice.It is original and completely acceptable. There is no need to receive the invoice by post.
