After registration, I can’t sign in at the site with my user name and password.

After registration with a correctly typed in real email address, you will receive a confirmation letter from the site with the data from your registration. In some cases the letter goes into your Spam folder. Check your Spam folder in your email box. In the letter you will find a link that will forward you to the site. Click on the link in order to confirm your registration.

I have forgotten my user name and/or password and I can’t sign in at the site.

Visit the Forgotten Password section. Fill in the email address which you have registered. You will receive a letter with your new password. Type in the new password manually paying attention to upper and lower register letters. After signing in at the site with the new password, visit My Account in order to change your password at your convenience.

I can’t see the actual quotes in the graphics.

In order to have access to the actual quotes you need Registration and Subscription.

I can’t open some of the articles.

I made a proforma invoice and I can’t find it.

Proforma Invoices and Invoices are in My Account (in the right upper corner) or in your Basket.

I have paid my subscription fee, but I have not received an invoice.

Proforma Invoices and Invoices are in My Account (in the right upper corner) or in your Basket. Print your invoice. It is original and completely valid. There is no need to receive the invoice by post.
