China: Sunflower oil import has increased by 46% for the first 11 months of 2016
China imported 736,000 tons of sunflower oil between January and November 2016, which is a 46% increase compared with the same period in 2015.

Ukraine is the main deliverer of the product but its share has decreased by 15% compared with 2015 down to 71% of the import. Russia ranks second with a share of 16% ahead of Argentina with 12% (+3%).

Preliminary data for the full 2016 predicts that the import of sunflower oil in China will be 860,000 tons and the forecast for 2017 is 1 mln tons.
