During the season the consumption of wheat will reach 1.245 mln.tonnes (1.189 mln.tonnes for the current season), of barley 420 000 tonnes (400 000), of rice 930 000 tonnes (880 000),of corn 620 000 tonnes(560 000).

In 2017 – 2018 the import of wheat will reach 1.3 mln.tonnes (1.27) and the major suppliers will be Russia, Canada, Lithuania and Australia.

The import of barley decreased to 450 000 tonnes (510 000) as 85% of the supplies are from Australia.

The import of rice will be 1.28 mln.tonnes (1.22) shared by India - 85% and Pakistan - 10%.

The import of corn will be 620 000 tonnes (560 000). For the current season basic suppliers were Argentina, Australia and Brazil.
