Japan announced a tender for the purchase of 93,800 tonnes of milling wheat for shipment from August 21st until September 30th 2017.
Iran announced a tender for the purchase of 200,000 tonens of feed barley and 200,000 tonnes of feed corn for August – September shipment.
In 2017-2018, Egypt plans to build 18 new facilities for grain storage. In 2016 - 2017 57 warehouses with a total capacity of 1.72 million tonnes of grain were built in the country.
