Jordan turned down all offers for purchase of 100,000 tonnes of feed barley. Only two companies participated in the auction. An auction was announced for the purchase of 100,000 tonnes of hard wheat of optional origin.

South Korea's company Major Feedmill Group (MFG) purchased 60,000 tonnes of corn of optional origin at price of 184.60 USD/ mt, C & F.

On August 24, 2017 the Egyptian state-owned GASC purchased 35,000 tonnes of soybean oil at price of 850 USD/ mt. Suppliers are Cargill 10,000 tonnes and Alex 25,000 tonnes, for October 15 – 30th, 2017 shipment.
