GASC purchased 295,000 tonnes of Russian and Ukrainian wheat
On 29.08.2017 the state-owned Egyptian company GASC purchased 295,000 tonnes Russian and Ukrainian wheat with delivery 1st – 10th October as follows:

- 60,000 tonnes of Russian wheat at a price of 186.00 USD / tonne FOB + FRT 14.40 USD / tonne, a total of 200.40 USD / tonne C & F.
- 60,000 tonnes of Ukrainian wheat at a price of 187.00 USD / tonne FOB + FRT 14.96 USD / tonne, a total of 201.96 USD / tonne C & F.
- 55,000 tonnes of Russian wheat at a price of 187.00 USD / tonne FOB + FRT 15.26 USD / tonne, a total of 202.26 USD / tonne C & F.
- 120,000 tonnes of Russian wheat at a price of 187.50 USD / ton FOB + FRT 14.63 USD / tonne, a total of 202.13 USD / tonne C & F.
