- As of March 26, 2021, 361,600 hectares of spring crops have been sown in Russia (0.7% of the plan), including 266,500 hectares sown with cereals (0.9%).

- During the week of March 22-28, 180,780 tons of grains were exported from the Russian port of Novorossiysk, which is 4.1 times more than the previous week and 38% less than the previous year. Wheat exports reached 167,580 tons and barley exports were 13,200 tons.

- During the week of March 22-28, 127,200 tons of sunseed oil were exported from Russian ports, including 39,500 tons for Romania, 28,300 tons for Turkey, 28,400 tons for China and 31,000 tons for India.

- According to Oil World, the UAE exported a record 0.44 million tons of rapeseed oil to China in 2020, which accounts for a share of 90% of total exports. A record of 0.5 million tons of rapemeal were also exported, including 0.35 million tons for China (0.12 million tons in 2019).

- In the period of October-March, a record of 2.4 million tons of soybeans were delivered to Egypt, which is 0.2 million tons more than the previous year.
