- During the week starting from May 6, 2024, the export tax on Russian wheat will be 3,386 rubles/ton (3,443 the previous week). The export tax on barley will be 153.6 rubles/ton (440.7), while the duty for corn remains zero.
- As of April 1, 2024, grain stocks in Russian grain receiving and processing enterprises amounted to 16.8 million tons (down 7% compared to April 2023), including wheat stocks of 12.9 million tons, barley stocks of 1.8 million tons, and corn stocks of 1.1 million tons.

- According to Fedoil data, in March 2024, processing of the three main oilseed crops (sunflower, rapeseed, and soybeans) in the EU reached 3.56 million tons (3.29 in February and 3.37 in March 2023). Rapeseed processing was 1.68 million tons (-3.5% and 1.66), soybean processing reached 1.36 million tons (+29% and 1.19), and sunseed processing was 0.52 million tons (+6% and unchanged). In the first quarter of 2024, oilseed processing in the EU reached 10.34 million tons (9.72), including soybean processing reached 3.56 million tons (3.39), sunseed processing totalled 1.59 million tons (1.42), and rapeseed processing reached 5.17 million tons (4.92).
- The Egyptian government has purchased 750,000 tons of wheat from the domestic market, which is 21% of the planned purchases of 3.5 million tons for the season.
- From January to March 2024, global trade in soymeal reached 17.7 million tons (+3.2 compared to the previous year), according to Oil World data. Argentina exported 5.23 million tons of product (+1.6), Brazil 5.22 million tons (+0.7), and the US 4.13 million tons (+0.5). The largest buyers were the EU with 4.13 million tons, Indonesia with 1.41 million tons, and Vietnam with 1.4 million tons.
