The major supply of soybeans and soybean products from the US and Brazil, which exported 100.000 tonnes of soybean oil (57 000) and 181 000 tonnes (87 000 tonnes) respectively, had a major influence on the activation of world trade.
Key directions in Brazilian export in April are China and India. Other larger buyers were the Dominican Republic, Colombia and South Korea.
In April, 520,000 tonnes of soybean oil (560,000) were exported from Argentina, with main buyers being Bangladesh, Iran, Malaysia, and Pakistan.
