France will harvest a record rapeseed crop
Despite the decrease in areas under rapeseed cultivation in France, crop in 2017 will be at record high.

During the season, the rapeseed crop in France will reach 5.3 million tonnes at 4.7 million tonnes in 2016.

The average yield will reach the 2009 record. - 3.8 mt/ ha. Rapeseed yield is now in the range of 3.5 - 4.5 mt/ ha. The achieved oiliness of the crop is high - 42.5 - 44%.
