Soghum import decreased by 37.9% down to 6.65 mln tons while barley import decreased by 53.4% down to 5.0 mln tons.

This is the effect of the governmental measures with regard to the restriction of fodder import, corn price reduction on the domestic market and stimulating domestic grain consumption.
