The first corn crops harvest started in Brazil
Brazilian farmers have harvested 4% of the first harvest corn fields. Harvest tempo in the beginning of the campaign is faster than the average for the past five years.

8% of the planned areas for second harvest sowing are completed.

AgRural predicts that corn harvest in the current season will rise to 88.6 mln tons compared with 66.6 mln tons last year. There is a big difference and the main part of this amount will be sold at the world market.
