Argentina: Wheat And Corn Yields Grow Largely
FAS USDA reports that 15 mln tons of wheat have been produced in Argentina in 2016 - 2017 (+3.7 mln tons upon 2015 – 2016).

Growth comes at the expense of production, which are 326 kg/decare. Wheat and wheat-based products export will be 8.6 mln tons including 4.5 mln tons for Brazil. Corn yield will grow by 0.65 mln tons to 36.5 mln tons with corn areas growing to 44.5 mln decares (+7.5). Corn export will be 25 mln tons (21.7). Barley production will be 3.15 mln tons (4.8) while export will be 1.2 mln tons (3.08).
