GASC Purchased Record High 535,000 Tons Of Wheat (Updated)

On February 28, 2017, Egypt's National Company GASC purchased the record high 535,000 tons of milling wheat to be delivered Between April 1 and April 10, 2017. The purchase included 235,000 tons of Russian wheat, 120,000 tons of Romanian wheat, 120,000 tons of French wheat and 60,000 tons of Ukrainian wheat.

The following lots of wheat were purchased:

-60,000 tons of Russian wheat at 197.80 USD/ton FOB + freight 10.85 USD/ton, a total of 208.65 USD/ton C&F.

-60,000 tons of Romanian wheat at 197.89 USD/ton FOB + freight 11.40 USD/ton, a total of 209.29 USD/ton C&F.

-60,000 tons of Russian wheat at 198.85 USD/ton FOB + freight 11.24 USD/ton, a total of 210.09 USD/ton C&F.

-60,000 tons of Russian wheat at 198.70 USD/ton FOB + freight 11.64 USD/ton, a total of 210.34 USD/ton C&F.

-60,000 tons of French wheat at 197.00 USD/ton FOB + freight 14.12 USD/ton, a total of 211.12 USD/ton C&F.

-55,000 tons of Russian wheat at 198.75 USD/ton FOB + freight 12.90 USD/ton, a total of 211.65 USD/ton C&F.

-60,000 tons of Romanian wheat at 200.50 USD/ton FOB + freight 11.25 USD/ton, a total of 211.75 USD/ton C&F.

-60,000 tons of Ukrainian wheat at 199.50 USD/ton FOB + freight 13.00 USD/ton, a total of 212.50 USD/ton C&F.
