Corn harvesting in Argentina is in full blast according to report from Buenos Aires Grain Stock Exchange. As of March 23, 2017, 8.1% of the areas have been harvested including 16% of early sorts areas.

Production has remained above the estimates. The forecast on the seasonal corn yield has remained unchanged at 37 mln tons (+23% versus last year).

Wheat yield in Argentina has reached record 18.3 mln tons since the start of the current season. Domestic wheat consumption will reach its highest point for the last two years – 6 mln tons. Export will be 11.3 mln tons and flour export will reach 900,000 tons (+200,000 tons versus last year).
