2.6 mln. tonnes of grain were exported from Russia in April
According to preliminary data of Russagrotrans, in April 2017 Russia exported 2.6 mln. tonnes of grain given 3.39 mln. tonnes in March 2017 and 2.28 mln. tonnes in April 2016.

In April 2017, 2.0 - 2.1 mln. tonnes of wheat (1.42 mln. tonnes in April 2016), 250 000 tonnes of barley (207 000), 350 000 tonnes of corn (616 000) were exported from the country. Preliminary grain export applications through deep-sea ports in May amount to 821,000 tonnes at 730,000 tonnes in May 2016. In the current month the total grain export from Russia will reach 2.0-2.2 mln. tonnes given 1.77 mln. tonnes in May 2016.

From the beginning of the season until 26.04.2017 Russia exported nearly 30.5 mln. tonnes of grain. During the period 1-26 April the export reached 921,000 tonnes.
