2016 – 2017г 37.2 mln. tonnes of grain have been exported from the country. 15.8 mln. tonnes of wheat, 5.13 mln. tonnes of barley and 16 mln. tonnes of corn have been exported.

302,900 tons of flour were also exported. 39.487 mln. tonnes of grain were exported from Ukraine throughout 2015 - 2016, which is 13.5% more than the previous season. In the current economic year, export is expected to reach about 40 mln. tonnes.

According to APC Inform, during the period 22 - 28 April, 538,700 tonnes of grain were exported from Ukrainian seaports given 542,400 tons a week earlier. 332 600 tonnes of wheat, 145 600 tonnes of corn and 60 500 tonnes of barley were exported. The largest buyers were Marshall Islands 345,300 tonnes, Hong Kong 107,900 tonnes and Turkey 101,600 tonnes.

During the period 1.10.2016 - 01.05.21715,018 mln. tonnes of corn . were exported from Ukraine, which is 10.8% more than last year. Until the end of the season the export potential amounts to 3.482 mln. tonnes, which is 26.7% more than the previous year. The largest buyers of Ukrainian corn are now Egypt, Iran, Spain, the Netherlands, Israel, Tunisia, Portugal, South Korea and Lithuania.
