Rapeseed yiled will reach a level of 7.0 mln. tonnes (5.8). In the near future we can expect a growth in the production of rapeseed meal and rapeseed oil. At the same time low prices in the domestic market will be a burden for the fast marketing of the production by the farmers.

In general, oil crops yield in India in 2016 - 2017 exceeds the previous year's level by 20% or 6.4 mln. tonnes, to reach 38.2 mln. tonnes. There is a growth in soybean yield up to 10.58 mln. tonnes (7.21).
