Wheat has been purchased from local farmers. It is planned over 11 million
tonnes of wheat to be bought for the state fund – same quantity as last year. By doing so, Iran won’t need any wheat import.
On May 30th, 2017 Jordan purchased 50,000 tonnes of hard milling wheat at price of 204 USD/mt, C&F for shipment in the first half of October.
Sowing of the spring grain crops in the Canadian province of Manitoba is completed at 90%. On some of the territory, rainfall is more than necessary and this will slow the field work next week.
Over the last few days, Malaysian importers have bought about 60,000 tonnes of Black Sea corn for shipment from November to December at price of 187 USD/ mt, C&F.
