Egypt purchased 115,000 tonnes of Russian wheat
On July 8th 2017, (Saturday) Egypt's GASC purchased 115,000 tonnes of Russian wheat

This was a second tender for the last week. 410,000 tonnes of Russian and Romanian wheat were purchased at the first one. (350,000 tonnes from Russia and 60,000 tonnes from Romania).

Deals were concluded as follows:

- 55,000 tonnes of Russian wheat, supplier Friends at 203.70 USD/mt, FOB + FRT 15.80 USD/mt, total 219.50 USD/mt.

- 60,000 tonnes of Russian wheat, supplier Alegrow at price 204.75 USD/mt, FOB + FRT 15.17 USD/mt, total 219.92 USD/mt.

Compared to the previous tender, price rose by 6.20 USD/mt,FOB.
