According to Anec's forecast, 8 million tons of soybeans will be exported from Brazil in May, which is 3.3 million tons less than in April and 43% less than in May 2021 (14.22 million tons).

- In April 2022, 1.3 million tons were exported from the Russian port of Novorossiysk (+52% compared to April 2021). Wheat exports amounted to 1.169 million tons (0.457), and the main buyers were Turkey with 502,000 tons, Iran with 406,000 tons and Egypt with 113,000 tons.

- From 01.06.2022 the export tax on sunseed oil from Russia will be 525 USD/ton (372.2 in May). The export tax on sunseed meal will be 105 USD/ton (96.3).

- In April, 1,263 million tons of cereals and oilseeds were exported from Ukraine, including 768,486 tons of corn, 127,130 tons of wheat, 25,428 tons of barley, 1,955 tons of sorghum, 110,271 tons of sunseed, 48,183 tons of soybeans, 11,227 tons of rapeseed, 151,529 tons of sunseed oil, 17,842 tons of soyoil and 1,153 tons of rapeseed oil.

- According to the USDA forecast, the grain production in Canada will increase by 30% to 31.6 million tons in 2022/23. The wheat production is projected at 31.6 million tons (+43.6%) and wheat exports are expected at 21.9 million tons (+40.4%). The barley production will reach 9.4 million tons (+36.2%) and corn production will be 13.6 million tons (-2.2%). Canadian corn imports will be 4.8 million tons (+200%).

Corn exports will reach 737,500 tons (942,100 and 156,400). Over the period of May 1 - 7, soybean exports were 2.93 million tons and corn exports were 421,880 tons.

- A group of South Korean milling companies have announced a tender for the import of 50,000 tons of wheat from the United States with delivery within 16.06 - 15.07.2022.
