Hard wheat areas will go down by 15% and, if production is standard, yield will be 5.8 mln tons, which is 25% lower than the record level of 2016.
Soft wheat areas will grow, partially compensating the hard wheat decline.
With these yield levels, 21.3 mln tons of wheat will be exported from the country, which will be again a fourth best result for the past 20 years.
