Export of soft wheat decreased by 43% compared to the previous year, down to 1.321 million tonnes and that of hard wheat by 39% to 74.700 tonnes.

In April, the largest customer of French wheat was Algeria with 217 500 tonnes, followed by Belgium 187 500 tonnes, the Netherlands 171 100 tonnes, Spain 136 100 tonnes and Morocco 128 400 tonnes.
