Global soybean export during the period September - May 2016 – 2017 reaches almost 100 million tonnes
According to Oil World, during the period September - May 2016 – 2017 global soybean export will reach 99.5 million tonnes, which is by 4.04 million tonnes more than the previous season and it represents a 100% growth for the last 10 years.

Soybean export during the period is as follows: USA 52.04 million tonnes (45.04), Brazil 38.2 million tonnes (39.28), Argentina 3.96 million tonnes (5.64), Paraguay 3.98 million tonnes (4.11), Uruguay 1.38 million tonnes, (1.45).

Soybean import to China grew by 4.9 million tonnes to 67.8 million tonnes during the aforesaid period, as China's global import share rises to 68% from 66% a year earlier.

Soybean import to the EU decreased by 1.6 million tonnes to 8.3 million tonnes.
