Palm oil stocks in Indonesia decrease in May

According to estimates of large oil producers in Indonesia, at the end of May palm oils stocks in the country decrease to 1.09 million tonnes, given 1.31 million tonnes a month earlier.

Oil production in May in Indonesia rises to 3.38 million tonnes (2.9), but active demand from Asian countries and large domestic consumption reduce stocks. During the month, palm oil exports rose to 2.38 million tonnes (2.16 million tonnes in April). Domestic consumption grew to 924,500 tonnes (867,000), which is linked to increased demand for bio-products.
