The estimate for rapeseed crop in the EU is raised
Coceral raised its estimate for rapeseed crop in the EU in 2017-2018 by 0.6 мmillion tonnes to 22.1 million tonnes.

According to the September forecast, last year's crop rose by 1.55 million tonnes.

There are more areas under cultivation - 6,693 million hectares (6.44 million tonnes in 2016-2017) and yields will increase to 3.3 mt/ ha (3.19).

In the next season crop will grow to 5.48 million tonnes (4.73), Poland 2.7 million tonnes (2.3), Britain 2.17 million tonnes (1.78), Romania 1.94 million tonnes (1.73).
