Tunisia has bought 75,000 tons of wheat 11.5%, most likely from Bulgaria, at a price in the range of 259.82 - 262.42 USD/ton C&F and delivery within 25.05 - 25.06.2021.

The freight cost from the Black Sea region to Tunisia for ships with a carrying capacity of 30,000 tons is 22 - 23 USD/ton. Therefore, the FOB price is in the range of 238 - 239 USD/ton.

- In March, 649,300 tons of oilseeds were exported from Russia, compared to 460,600 tons in February. Sunseed exports reached 552,000 tons.

- According to the European Commission, in the week of 29.03 - 04.04.2021, rapeseed oil exports from the EU reached 24,300 tons (33,900 tons a week earlier). Since the beginning of the season, total rapeoil exports have reached 443,100 tons (142,900). Rapeoil exports to China were 193,900 tons and 165,000 tons to Norway. Rapeseed oil exports to China were 573,000 tons in 2019/20.

- Yesterday, commodity funds in Chicago were net buyers of 11,500 contracts of corn and 2,000 contracts of wheat and net sellers of 4,500 contracts of soybeans.

- On 07.04.2021, Algeria bought only 30,000 tons of milling wheat of any origin at a price of 280 USD/ton C&F and delivery in April - May.

- For the period of September - December, exports of sunseed from Moldova reached 208,000 tons compared to 264,000 tons a year earlier. The main buyers were Turkey with 71,000 tons, Romania with 73,000 tons and Bulgaria with 48,000 tons.

- Since the beginning of the year, Turkey has purchased over 900,000 tons of soybeans from Brazil. 5 cargoes out of a total of 17 agreed have already been delivered. According to the USDA forecast, Turkey is expected to import 3 million tons of soybeans in 2020/21 compared to 3,148 million tons in 2019/20.

- According to Oil World, in the period of January - March, rapeseed exports in the world reached a total of 4.7 million tons, which is a record high level and is 0.7 million tons more than the previous year. Over the period of July - March, rapeseed exports were 14.7 million tons (12.49). For the quarter, exports from Australia reached 1.49 million tons (0.79), Uruguay - 0.11 million tons (0.05), Canada - 2.76 million tons (2.83). Since the beginning of the season, canola exports from Canada add up to a total of 8.91 million tons (6.98). During the period 01.07.2020 - 04.04.2021, the EU imported 5.25 million tons of rapeseed (4.9).
