Ethiopia's government announced a tender for the purchase of 70,000 tonnes of milling wheat of optional origin. Shipmen't term is a month after conclusion of the contract.
In its August report IGC raised its forecast for global wheat production in 2017-2018 up to 742 million tonnes, by 10 million tonnes more than the July forecast and at 754 million tonnes in 2016 – 2017.
According to Oil World, in 2017 – 2018 global export of rapeseed will fall by 2 million tonnes compared to the 2016 - 2017 record high down to 14.61 million tonnes.
