USDA: The Estimate For Black Sea Region Oilseed Yields Has Been Increased

According to USDA's March report, the estimate for oilseed yields in the Balck Sea region in 2016 – 2017 has been increased by 120,000 tons up to 26.811mln tons.

The growth is due to the higher oilseed yield in Turkey – up to 1.32 mln tons.

The total soybean yield has been decreased by 20,000 tons to 7.479 mln tons – again a change in Turkey. The soybean yield in this country has been decreased from 120,000 tons to 100,000 tons.

Rapeseed yields in the region remain unchanged at 2.721 mln tons.
