On Thursday all crop prices in Chicago continue to drop sharply, this time much more than the previous day. In Paris prices also went down significantly and the leader was rapeseed.
According to July forecast of USDA, in 2017 – 2018 global corn production will reach 1,036 million tonnes by 5 million tonnes more than the June forecast and by 32 million tonnes less than in 2016 – 2017.
Analysts of USDA raised their estimates for the soybean crop in the world in 2017 – 2018 up to 345 million tonnes compared to 344.7 million tonnes in the previos forecast and 351.7 million tonnes in 2016 – 2017.
On Wednesday crop prices in Chicago sharply decreased. The leaders were wheat and corn. In Paris there were also decreases and the biggest were those of wheat.
