According to July forecast of USDA, in 2017 – 2018 global corn production will reach 1,036 million tonnes by 5 million tonnes more than the June forecast and by 32 million tonnes less than in 2016 – 2017.
Analysts of USDA raised their estimates for the soybean crop in the world in 2017 – 2018 up to 345 million tonnes compared to 344.7 million tonnes in the previos forecast and 351.7 million tonnes in 2016 – 2017.
