1.2 million tonnes of rapeseed were exported. More than 10 million tonnes of grain were exported, incl. wheat 5.6 million tonnes, barley nearly 3 million tonnes, corn 1.18 million tonnes. A year earlier, grain export were 10.2 million tonnes, wheat 6.5 million tonnes, barley over 3.06 million tonnes and corn over 0.48 million tonnes.

According to the forecast of APK - Inform, in 2017 - 2018. corn crop t in Ukraine will reach 27.1 million tonnes, which is 3% below the 2016-2017. In the new season domestic corn consumption in Ukraine will be 7.8 million tonnes (+ 5%) and export potential decreases by 10% to 19.2 million tonnes.

As of September 1, 2017 sunflower stocks in Ukraine reached 672,000 tonnes (707,600 tonnes a year earlier), and of rapeseed 884,200 tonnes (464,900).

By mid-September 3 million tonnes of barley or 67% of the country's export potential (2,9 million tonnes a year) were contracted for export from Ukraine.
