At the end of the last week, the authorities in the Chinese provinces of Heilongjiang and Liaoning, located in the country's corn belt, announced a decrease in the subsidies for corn producers and a rise for the soybean growers.
For the period 2017 – 2018 grain yield in Russia will reach 108.1 mln. tonnes, by 6.1 mln. tonnes less than the current season and given 99.4 mln. tonnes for 2015 – 2016 and 100.5 mln. tonnes for 2014 – 2015.
