ЯJapan purchased 132,900 tonnes of milling wheat. From the US - 50,100 tonnes, Canada– 49,600 tonnes and Australia – 33,200 tonnes, for September 31 - October 31, 2017 shipment.

Japan purchased 39,540 tonnes of feed wheat and 16,640 tonnes of feed barley, for  January 31, 2018 shipment. A new tender for the purchase of 120,000 tonnes of forage wheat and 200,000 tons of forage barley has been announced.

India plans to export 100,000 tonnes of wheat to Afghanistan.
